Open about what is ready — and what is not

Transparency

Trust begins with precise language. We distinguish documented work, projects in development, and longer-term intentions — and publish documents or media only when their status and rights are clear.

Governance

Founded on 4 September 2026 — with clear responsibility

Würdesache was founded in Kaufering on 4 September 2026 and is based in Klosterlechfeld. Its seven founders adopted the statute unanimously. Maximilian Frommer was elected Chair and sole board member; under the statute, he represents the association alone in and out of court.

  • Education, including public and vocational education
  • Remembrance of people persecuted and murdered under National Socialism and teaching the consequences of the Holocaust
  • International understanding, tolerance, and mutual respect
  • Democratic responsibility and the protection of human dignity

Safeguards

Rights and protection come before reach

The framework requires documented rules for consent, privacy, usage rights, and safeguards before biography, testimony, photographs, audio, video, or immersive material is used. Work directly involving minors also requires a child and youth safeguarding policy.

The VR film “Avigdor” was produced in Israel by Triumph of the Spirit. No completed written content-use and operating agreement with Würdesache is currently in place, so the production company is not presented as a formal partner. Avigdor Neumann’s personal consent does not replace rights held by producers, photographers, other people, archives, or institutions.

Short excerpts from the signed personal statements of support by Avigdor Neumann and Bila Nuiman are used with their express permission. Other letters of support remain internal unless separate permission for public quotation and attribution is documented.

  • The selected photos and short clip are used on the basis of permissions confirmed by the association; credits accompany the material.
  • No immersive testimony is presented without educational preparation and follow-up.
  • No project status is presented as confirmed while essential agreements remain open.

Accountability

Learn before growing

The proposed school pilot is intended to build trained facilitation, teaching materials, partner-school practice, and responsible evaluation. Feedback from students and teachers should shape the model before any wider rollout.

The Case for Support includes the initiator’s estimates of earlier reach. These are not independently audited totals. We are consolidating the records; the reports linked on this website document specific encounters.
